Competition for subsidized transportation of students studying at the state universities in Skopje and Stip

Based on the Rulebook on the conditions, criteria and rules for subsidized transportation of students studying at the State Universities in Stip and Skopje ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Kriva Palanka" no. 15/2017 from 28.12.2017) The Municipality of Kriva Palanka announces

COMPETITION
FOR SUBSIDIZED TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS STUDYING AT STATE UNIVERSITIES IN STIP AND SKOPJE, WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KLIPA

 The Municipality of Kriva Palanka for 2018 subsidizes the transport of

• 10 (ten) students studying at the State Universities in Stip and Skopje in the Republic of Macedonia
• The subsidy is with two return monthly tickets with transport from ADPUTUT "Proleter" AD v. Konopnica Kriva Palanka

Conditions for granting subsidies

Students who are enrolled at the State Universities in Stip and Skopje in the Republic of Macedonia and meet the following conditions are entitled to a subsidy:

– General conditions for students:

1. to be residents of the municipality of Kriva Palanka
2. to be full-time students
3. not to repeat a year during the study
4. to be citizens of the Republic of Macedonia
5. Applications of students with children of a single parent, students of children of unemployed parents, students of children without parents and parental care, students of children with special needs and students of children on benefits on the basis of termination of employment for business reasons will be taken into account. which the total income in the family is below the net minimum wage set in the Republic of Macedonia
6. not to be older than 25 years

Criteria for awarding subsidies are

1. Achieved success from previous study years of at least 8.5
2. Material opportunities for students and their immediate family

Required documents for participation in the competition

1. Evidence sheet filled out by the applicants to the commission
2. Certificate for full-time student
3. Certificate with number of planned and passed exams from previous years
4.  Salary confirmation / pension check for father / mother or guardian for paid salary for the last three months, for the unemployed confirmation from the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia that they are unemployed or receiving / not receiving cash benefits, while for other family members brother / nurse if they are pupils or students certificate from school or college
5. Document for candidates-students without parents and parental care and students who are categorized as persons with special needs
6. Marital status statement
7. Statement of accurate data in the attached documentation
8. Statement on the use of personal data
9. Copy of citizenship of the Republic of Macedonia

Place and deadline for submission of documents

The necessary documents are submitted to the Municipality of Kriva Palanka

The deadline for submitting documents is February 1, 2018 to February 28, 2018

• When submitting documents, the candidates need to bring an index with them.
• The necessary forms can be purchased in the Municipality of Kriva Palanka or on the website of the municipality www.krivapalanka.gov.mk
• Incomplete documents submitted on time and documents submitted by mail will not be considered.
• The results will be announced within 8 (eight) days from the day of completion of the competition
• The results will be posted on a bulletin board in the municipality of Kriva Palanka and on the municipality's website www.krivapalanka.gov.mk
• Dissatisfied candidates have the right to object within 3 (three) days from the date of publication of the results.
